Welcome to AURAPPY! We're committed to delivering your orders efficiently and with the utmost care. Below, you'll find detailed information about our shipping practices.

Shipping Process

  1. Order Handling

    • Once your order is placed, our team inspects and packs the products carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
    • Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. For most orders, delivery occurs within 7 to 8 working days from the dispatch date.
    • We ship throughout the week, except Sundays and public holidays, using reputable courier services. If a courier service is unavailable in your area, we will use Government Registered Speedpost.
  2. Packaging

    • We prioritize sustainability in our packaging. Our outer boxes are made from 100% recycled paper, and we use foam or paper-fillers where possible to reduce plastic use.

Shipping Charges

  • Delivery Charges

    • A single shipping rate applies per order, regardless of the number of products ordered.
  • Multiple Shipments
    • Your order might be shipped in multiple packages from different warehouse locations. You will be charged only once for shipping, regardless of the number of packages.     

Tracking Your Order

  1. Tracking Information
    • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a Waybill/Tracking Number.
    • You can track your package through our logistics partner's website, typically 24 hours after dispatch. You will receive the tracking link via Email or WhatsApp once package is shipped.

Delivery Times and Locations

  1. Estimated Delivery

    • Delivery times can vary based on location and distance. Our estimated delivery times are indicative and subject to changes by our logistics partners.

  2. Service Areas

    • We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
    • Orders may arrive in multiple packages from various locations. If you are in a remote area, we will contact you to find an alternative solution.

Special Requests and COD

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • COD is available on Whatsapp request for orders between ₹1500 and ₹50,000. Please note that some pin codes may not support COD.
    • If you refuse a COD order, it may affect your ability to use COD for future orders.
  2. Special Delivery Requests

    • For special time-bound delivery requirements, please email us with your request and include comments in your order. We will do our best to accommodate, though we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Order Cancellations
    • To cancel an order, please email us within 4 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
    • Refunds will not be issued if an order is cancelled at the doorstep or if there have been three failed delivery attempts.
