What's your return policy?
We want every Aurappy candle to reach you just right. If something's wrong damaged, defective, or not what you ordered reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it out, no hassle.
We can't accept returns based on scent preference alone, but we're always happy to help you pick something you'll love.
My candle arrived damaged. What do I do?
That's on us, and we own it completely.
Send us a photo of the damage along with your order number at hello@aurappy.com or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund
whichever makes you happiest.
I received the wrong item, or something's missing. What now?
Just tell us within 7 days of delivery a quick photo and your order number is all we need.
We'll fix it fast, and we promise there won't be any back and forth.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Not at all! If the mix-up is on our end damaged, defective, or wrong item return shipping is completely free. That one's on us.
I'm confused about which scent to pick what can I do?

How long does my refund take once approved?
Once approved, we process refunds within 2–4 business days back to your original payment method.
I paid via COD — how will I get my refund?
For COD orders, refunds are sent via bank transfer. We'll just need your bank details, and we'll reach out to collect them once your return is approved.
How do I start a return?
Just email hello@aurappy.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and a photo, if it's a damaged or wrong item. We'll take it from there.
