Not at all. That frosty bloom is a natural quality of pure soy wax it's actually a sign you're holding a genuine, additive-free candle.

It doesn't affect the scent or the burn in any way. Think of it as proof of what's inside.

Completely normal.we add zero artificial colours or dyes. What you're seeing is the fragrance oil naturally interacting with the soy wax over time.

Your candle is perfectly fine, the scent and burn are unaffected.

With premium fragrance oils, carefully blended to create layered, room-filling scents that evolve as they burn. We test every fragrance extensively to make sure it feels generous without being overwhelming present, never loud.

The wax doesn't, but fragrance does fade with time. We recommend burning your Aurappy candle within12–18 monthsfor the best experience.

Store it lidded, away from heat and sunlight, and it'll stay at its best.

Burn times by size:

• Mini Jar (50 g) — up to 10 hours
• Single Wick (120 g) — up to 30 hours
• 3-Wick (256 g) — up to 35 hours
• Tealights — 4–6 hours each

Actual burn time depends on wick trimming, draught conditions, and session length. An 8 oz candle generally gives 6–7 hours per ounce.

This matters more than people realise.

Let it burn until the wax melts fully from edge to edge about 1-2 hours. Soy wax has memory: whatever shape the first melt pool forms, it repeats. Get this right once and every burn after will be perfect.

Before every burn, without exception. Trim to about 4–5mm.

A well-trimmed wick means a cleaner flame, less soot, and a candle that burns evenly and lasts longer.

You'll notice the difference immediately.

Use a candle snuffer if you have one it's the cleanest way. Avoid blowing directly into the jar, which pushes ash into the wax.

And never use water. Let the wax solidify completely before moving it.

3–4 hours maximum. Beyond that, the jar overheats and the wick mushrooms, Let it cool for at least 30 minutes before relighting it's worth the wait.

When1–1.5cm of wax remains at the bottom. Burning lower risks overheating the jar.

The good news: soy wax wipes clean with warm soapy water, leaving you a beautiful glass jar ready to reuse as a small planter, a pen holder, a bathroom organizer, or simply as a decorative object.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources, ideally between 18–24 °C.

Keep the lid on when not burning. Avoid air conditioning vents or the fridge, rapid temperature swings cause surface cracks in soy wax.

Two rules prevent tunneling every time:

• Achieve a full melt pool on the first burn
• Trim the wick to ¼ inch before every burn

Yes.

The foil method: Wrap aluminum foil around the jar rim with a small hole above the wick the trapped heat melts the tunnel walls over a few hours.

A hairdryer on low heat also works. It may take a couple of sessions, but most tunneled candles recover well.

Almost always the wick.

Extinguish the candle, let it cool, trim to 4–5mm, and relight. Nine times out of ten, that's all it takes.

A draft from an open window or fan can also cause smoking try moving the candle to a calmer spot.

A large, dancing flame means the wick is too long.

Extinguish the candle safely using a snuffer, allow it to cool completely, then trim the wick to ¼ inch before relighting.

A properly trimmed wick produces a steady, 2–3 cm flame.

We want every Aurappy order to feel just right. If something isn't wrong item, quality concern, or anything we missed reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it.

We can't accept returns based on scent preference alone, but we're always happy to help you find one you'll love.

We pack every order in three protective layers but sometimes, despite our best efforts, things happen in transit.

If your candle arrived damaged, that's entirely on us and we own it completely.

A replacement or full refund is on its way no questions, no back and forth.
